Brian has been at Uno Mas from opening day working nearly every position front and back of house. He’s been to Guadalajara a few times learning about small batch tequila production, and is active in the Denver beer and food scene. Although originally from Ohio and fine dining, Brian is happiest in the casual vibe at Uno Mas.

Our Assistant Manager and also one of our Lead Bartenders, Lucio grew up growing blue agave in his hometown of Oaxaca Mexico, where he spent years distilling mescal with his family. He has in-depth knowledge of all things mescal and tequila, and always welcomes guests to the Uno Mas bar with a big friendly smile.
RICK SHARMANHead Chef
Rick brings nearly two decades of culinary experience, Le Cordon Bleu training, and an extensive mix of cooking styles to his authentic cuisine. He fell in love with and learned to prepare traditional dishes from the Yucatan and Oaxaca at La Fonda on Main, one of the highest rated interior Mexican food restaurants in Texas.
ALEJANDRO GUARDADOSous Chef
Originally from El Salvador, Alejandro has worked in various restaurants for almost all of his life, and brings to Uno Mas an eclectic background of Asian cuisine, Italian cooking and American fare. He and the rest of our talented kitchen crew work incredibly hard to support Head Chef Rick and make Uno Mas unique and successful.
