Brian has been at Uno Mas from opening day working nearly every position front and back of house. He’s been to Guadalajara a few times learning about small batch tequila production, and is active in the Denver beer and food scene. Although originally from Ohio and fine dining, Brian is happiest in the casual vibe at Uno Mas.

Kristen (aka momma) has lived in Platte Park for 24 years and raised four great kids here in Colorado. She considers owner Patrick not only a boss but a great friend which is why she’s worked for him for almost 10 years! She believes in honesty, hard work and great food. Pearl street is an amazing venue, plus she loves all the staff at Uno Mas.

Kris (aka Cumbia) has traveled the foodie globe from Brussels mussel alleys to Mexico tequila fields. He’s worked in the restaurant industry for 25 years, and is passionate about new and exciting flavors, excellent service, and supporting an outstanding team. Home is S. Denver with his daughter, 3 cats, 2 guinea pigs and a snake.
BILL VAUGHNBar Manager – E. 6th Location
Originally from Oxford Ohio, Bill has been bartending for over 20 years and has a deep love and appreciation of craft beers, good wines, and quality spirits. We’ve been lucky enough to have him taking care of beverages for Uno Mas Taqueria since 2015. Bill’s dogs are his best friends and he has a total addiction to Mother Nature.
